Fondant Cream Cheese Frosting

 

This recipe goes well with the Tomato Soup Spice Cake

6 oz cream cheese
1 egg yolk
3 c. powdered sugar
1/8 t. salt
1 t. vanilla

Cream the egg yolk and cream cheese together. Gradually add in the powdered sugar, salt and vanilla.

Frosts 1 cake
